Absolutely stunning, highly exclusive and exceptionally rare floor lamp designed by Floris H. Fiedeldij for Artimeta, Netherlands, in the 1950s.
Featuring an elegant steel structure and a beautifully crafted leather detail with visible stitching at the base.
An exceptionally timeless and minimalist design that manages to appear both masculine and remarkably delicate and graceful at the same time.
The design follows the principle of form follows function, combining sculptural elegance with outstanding versatility.
Thanks to an ingenious ball joint integrated into the base, the entire lamp can be tilted in different directions. Additionally, the lamp head itself is adjustable, allowing the light to be directed precisely wherever desired, much like a spotlight.
This remarkable flexibility makes the lamp not only a beautiful sculptural object but also a highly functional piece of lighting design.
The base is crafted from solid, heavy metal, providing excellent stability and securely supporting the lamp even when tilted to its maximum angle.
A truly exceptional and sophisticated piece of Dutch mid-century modern design.
